"Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will)."

after 3 x times winter flu...kept most muscle but did not reach my bf% goals. But have much to be thankfull for.

after 6-8 months of poor health, i am back and ready to start lifting seriously again. I give myself 3 months (if God's will) to recover all lost and better myself. I do not aim for to low bf but rather adding decent lean mass.
