after 6-8 months of poor health, i am back and ready to start lifting seriously again. I give myself 3 months (if God's will) to recover all lost and better myself. I do not aim for to low bf but rather adding decent lean mass.

Hada 3 day setback with flu again this past week, but otherwise, training is cooking! As mentioned earlier, legs is one of my key focus points this time around. G.
