How I Started:
I got started training when I came in the Marine Corps. Since then it has been an up and down hill battle with injuries and set backs. I am older now and needing the motivation.
Why I Love It:
I Love to be in shape, because being out of shape sucks so bad. So I am starting the Journey back to good health.

My wife is motivation being she is so Hot.

Crazy I can see a Lat muscle again, only the begining.
Ok so I am down to 199lbs now, I think it is time to start building some muscle now, and keep triming body fat.

To much weight no spot.
