Running since 6th grade, weight lifting since high school, really lifting since college. Developing my training and nutrition right now.
Why I Love It:
It feels amazing to lift and do cardio (well...cardio only after it's done..) It's also fascinating to see what your body can do when you push it. I love seeing my body transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
haha..I experience gymguilt if Im being lazy....and that is why I will always go back to the gym...however, I would like to motivate my mind in different ways...sometimes I just feel burned out...I need to work on this.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet besides looking fit in a bikini..haha just kidding :)

Stopped intense workouts/ clean diet in April 2007. Started up again in September...but at that point, gained weight and lost muscle.
I have always had an athletic build and it doesn't take much for me to build muscle. However, I have a difficult time to really go through with my goals and to stay motivated. My goal is to learn to stick to a goal and really experience the results I want. I feel that my body is capable of so much but I am not allowing it to get there. I would like to reduce my body fat by 5-7% and consider entering a competition or look into fitness modeling. I really want to start transforming..and keeping my body..I have had many ups/downs the past 2 years
Hey...I see you're from Chicago. Have you ever been to Prost? It's a German bar underneath the El train tracks at like Wrightwood and Lincoln (Just north of the Lincoln Park area) Great German beer and food.
