I started lifting in high school just to keep a decent look and to of course get stronger. Growing up i was fat and as i got taller i started to slim up and tone up, lifting helped this out a lot to...
Why I Love It:
When i'm in the gym i lose myself, its like nothing else matters..not school, not work, nothing...
How I Stay Motivated:
I use things from everyday life...a little anger helps me with a good workout. If someone pisses me off during the day, in the past, or i'm jus mad at myself...i use that to push--for one more rep, one more set...

I want to gain 15 more pounds of muscle and drop 10 lbs of fat by this spring....
Goal (Long):
I first started lifting in the 9th grade we never made to many gains but we tried...i wasnt a big kid at 6'0 180...then by my senior year i was 6'2 185...but i wasnt shredded but it wasnt all fat either..now i have been lifting and taking it serious for 2 years now.. i've put on almost 50 lbs of mass i'm 6'2 231... and its not all fat(bf%12) but what i'm looking to do is drop 10 lbs of fat but keep my weight the same...just a little more shredded....
i do a day by day..where monday-chest, tuesday-bi's, wednesday-tri's, thursday-rest, friday-shoulders, saturday-legs, and sunday-backs...most people do a 5 x5 or whatever i start out my program with 3 x 18, then go down each week by 2 reps, then when it gets to 3 x 8 i keep the first 1 or 2...
