I started in 1995. When I was in High School playing sports. My cousin and I would workout listening to 2Pac and NWA Music in his backyard. I just begun to get more serious with my workout a year and a half ago. Drinking more protein drinks.

This is when i first joined BodySpace. Was already working out, but not taking any kind of protein shake or watching my food intake. I look weak.
During my winter workouts.... Less cardio more lifting heavy.
