Dude, i will be at Ballys tonight around 6:30 or so. I started going back there since my boss made me move my weights..(sucks!!) I saw Kamal there monday, holy crap man!! That guy got big!! He lost vascularity, but is just plain big now!! oh yeah, halo 3 this satarday, dont know where yet, but its going to happen..

whats up dude!! sorry for the late reply man. I just started cutting a week ago, man i gained some fat and muscle, a little more fat than what I planned.. I was at 224lbs 2 weeks ago, so im not sure what i am right now. Charllie bought himself a new xbox360 this past weekend, so Halo3 can commence!! Mabe this weekend, im not sure, it was fun as hell playin with you guys!!! Play it by ear.
