How I Started:
Started working out at my old job yrs ago, eating tuna for all meals, running like a madman, and lifting with no clue. I wanted to be thin, period. Wanted girls, wrong reason to get healthy. At 320lbs I didn't really think about my health, just wanted to look decent and not sweat everywhere I went.
Why I Love It:
I love the results from it, what disipline and motivation can accomplish is endless. The feeling I have at the end of a weight training session or sprints. It keeps me healthy and ready for anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking of my past health, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and at the age of 17. F*ck that, i aint goin back
BB Accomplishments:
Loss 120lbs in about a year and 3 months. Gained substantial muscle in the past year, about 30lbs.

Goal (Long):
No B.S., I will be at 230 lbs, 10% BF at this time next year. I have been big almost my whole life, picked on, made fun off cause of my size. I can't blame anyone but myself, so I accept full responsibility. That is my motivation, my drive, to not go back to my sloppy way of life, f*ck that. With that said, I WILL shed whatever fat I have left and throw on 40 lbs to my frame in this upcoming year. And I will see you at the GYM.

Damn I cant wait, ofcourse the first thing I wanted to build in the back was a pavilion for my weights!! Mabe I can get my 2 little girls into lifting, keep me from later on in life beating up one of there boyfreinds. I have never owned a house before, just rented for a long while, money down...
Varies, nothing is ever the same. My body tells me what it wants to workout. Sometimes I have to slap it and force it to do legs, it really hates legs. But it always gets done.

im out at Bally's with Kyle now. so hopefully ill get much better results now that i am on a 4-5 day workout schedule. im doing massive cardio right now. building up to it quite fast. so hopefully ill be able to reach my own goals as you and Kyle did!

i havent had much time lately to train. i lost track of focus when i was preparing to move from Sugar Land back into Rosenberg. sux...but i am devoting myself to getting back into it starting MONDAY. i still have been eating well, just not really balanced meals so im getting back on track with my meals and hittin the weights.
