Hey man!! Core exercises like squats combined with the uconventional method of every set to failure, lowering wieght as I go, is where I have seen my results. Also my supps that I have listed on my site. I have been on them on and off now for 9 months. I have a sample diet in my blogs. Hit me up with more questions. I love to help.
