How I Started:
I originally started lifting weights in high school for baseball. Once I graduated and no longer played a sport competitively I decided I needed to do something. I watched Arnold's Pumping Iron and decided to start.
Why I Love It:
Love being able to have control of what my body looks like. If I look like sh*t its my fault. I love the feeling after the workout and noticing a change in my body. Great stress reliever. Plus my girlfriend seems to like the results...

For Bicep peak two exercises. Concentration curls, focus on squeeze at top. Standing cable curls..grab both cables and imagine you are flexing the bicep...both are great for peak.
As long as you have a goal, I'm sure you will get there in time!! Just always keep your goal in mind...and take the necessary steps to get there. Keep it up!
