This is my workout program I follow right now. As I tweek my work out evey month to improve my results. But keep in mind, I always try and find new ways of getting maxium results. :)
day 1- arms+cardio 2x7 (each exercise) 55 pounds( each arm)
day 2- Chest and sholders 3x7(each exercise) 250 on chest and 270 on sholders
Day 4-back+abbs+cardio 3x20 (each exercise) 140 pounds
Day 6-legs+abbs+carido (each exercise) 3x20 160

well, I don't really follow a set diet. I just beelive in earing right. I eat lots of chicken and veggies. But out the junk food and pop. but come on, give youself a cheat day once or twice a week. Rember. One cheat meal isn't going to make you mess up your diet!
