My Work Out Program!

Main goal is to slow bulk and grow!

 

This is my workout program I follow right now. As I tweek my work out evey month to improve my results. But keep in mind, I always try and find new ways of getting maxium results. :)

 

day 1- arms+cardio 2x7 (each exercise) 55 pounds( each arm)

day 2- Chest and sholders 3x7(each exercise)  250 on chest and 270 on sholders

day 3-Off

Day 4-back+abbs+cardio 3x20 (each exercise) 140 pounds

Day 5-off

Day 6-legs+abbs+carido (each exercise) 3x20 160

well, I don't really follow a set diet. I just beelive in earing right. I eat lots of chicken and veggies. But out the junk food and pop. but come on, give youself a cheat day once or twice a week. Rember. One cheat meal isn't going to make you mess up your diet!

I believe protein shakes are a must!

Let me ask you a simple question? would you rather eat 10 eggs or one protein shake? for most, the answer is simple! A PROTEIN SHAKE. If your looking to save a bit of money! buy the larger protein shake mix because you save about 10-15 bucks if you buy more!
