Weigh 180lbs on New Year's Eve 2008....drop bodyfat to 8% by 3/2009
Goal (Long):
I am going to weigh 180lbs @ 7% bodyfat by New Years Day 2009. As 8/31/2008 I am 167lbs @ 11% bodyfat. I like to focus on symmetry thru consistent training of multiple bodyparts to maintain a balanced look. I want my body to be as hard as a rock. I want washboard abs. I will eat 4- 5 solid meals a day and supplement with 2 40 gram protein shakes each day.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
