medic4hire Hey there,,,,I don't know how to get through to ppl who just don't want to hear it. The fact that the #1 cause of death in fire fighters is cardiac arrest and the #1 injury resulting in a need to retire or change professions in EMS and FF is back injury. These are well published and disseminated to all practitioners and member. And yet we still have a high percentage of obesity in this profession.
