What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Select a gym which has features beneficial to you getting to your goal. For example, if you don't swim or play tennis there is no need to spend more money each month for these luxuries if you will never use them. I keep track of all my training sessions in a journal. This way I can check if I am progressing or regressing for particular excercises.
