Goal (Long):
I will be striving to improve my physique to the level of which I feel I am capable of before I step back on stage. I will be gunning for my Pro Card still and expect to capture it at whatever my next contest will be.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Select a gym which has features beneficial to you getting to your goal. Also make sure it doesn't have too much of the things you won't be using as the monthly membership will not be worth your investment. For example, if you don't swim or play tennis there is no need to spend more money each month for these luxuries if you will never use them. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep track of all my training sessions in a journal. This way I can check if I am progressing or regressing for particular excercises.
