Of course bro! You should start with a Triceps Exersice (Skullcrusher or Tricepspressdowns), then do a Biceps Exersice (Barbell or EZ-Bar Curls) after that you should do what you find works best for you!

Yeah, you have to go to the gym! In the gym you can do all exercises... My Training is going Perfect - I get bigger and stronger every week!

It was the injury caused by Deadlifts...I think I told you what happend. The doctor told me I should stop training for 8 weeks, so I can recover completly! That's what I did! And now I' back :) 3,5lbs? That's very good! I remeber I gained 1-2lbs every month...! Keep doing what you doing and you'll get even bigger (if that's possible) :)

Hey Aaron! I wasnt able to train for 8 weeks - next week I can start again! I'm so HAPPY!!! I lost about 1" on my arms, and 5KG bodyweight...but I'll build it back up very fast! How's your training going bro?

It's not going very well... A few weeks ago, while doing deadlifts I wanted to push it further... So I increased to weight to almost 500lbs. At the beginning of my second rep I felt pain ich my lower back...and also in my left hamstring. My lower back is good again, but I still have big problems with my hamstings...!
