Thanks for the comment. I typically start with heavy cable curls supersetted with triceps pushdowns, adding 10 pounds of weight for each set up to 5 sets. Then heavy concentration dumbbell curls and then skull crushers AND kickbacks. Then after going to another body part, back to arms on the machines, heavy as I can, to max and failure. The pumps are fantastic and they're growing like crazy.

Die 42 cm sind ein Mittelwert aus mit und ohne Pump . Nach einem harten Bizeps training liege ich schon mal bei 42,5 cm Szayia

Das sind richtig gute Nachrichten . Bin mir sicher das du es schaffst . Ich mußte diese Woche beim Training zurück halten . Habe es am Wochenende bei einem Kräfte messen mit dem Krafteinsatz etwas übertrieben um zu gewinnen . Ist nur eine Überlastung der Muskeln und die Schmerzen sind schon fast weg . Noch ein paar Tage weniger intensiev Trainieren und es ich kann wieder richtig schwer los legen Grüße Szayia

Meinte natürlich Bizepsumfang . Schau auch mal in meinen Body Blog,da habe ich Beispiele zu Training gepostet. Der Plan ist universell verwendbar: Nur die eigenen Gewichte und Wh. einsetzen. Junge Talent müßen unterstützt werden,habe erst vor ein paar Monaten eine 16 jährige aufgenommen. Trainiere sie kostenlos weil ich in ihr eine Große Zukunft in Kraftdreikampf sehe. Hatte zu beginn auch viel Unterstützung und das möchte ich weiter geben . Szayia

Hallo gut zu lesen. Ist bei den meisten Übungen nur eine Sache der Ausführung. Fehlt ja nur noch 1 cm bis du mit mir von Umfang gleich ziehst . Trainierst du hauptsächlich auf Kraft(so wie ich)oder auf Masse? Szayia

Fine es super das du in deinem Alter schon so gute Ergebnisse erziehlt hast . Ein Talent was wirklich Unterstützung verdient . Falls du Fragen zu Training hast dann schreib einfach . Habe in deinen Body Answers gelesen das die Balbell curls nicht dein Fall sind . Das Problem könnte an der Ausführung liegen , villeicht kann ich dir da ja ein paar Tips geben . Für mich gehören schwere Langhantel curls zu meinen Lieblingsübungen . Alles Gute und mach weiter so Szayia
