I have a hard time sticking to a good diet plan. Lately I have been eating like crazy. You are looking great! Do you spend much time in the gym?

Thank you for your support. It has been a wild journey for me. I started out at 230. So this is what I have been calling the last leg. What about you? How have you been doing? I think you look great without a shirt on!
