Now that I have gone from 230 lbs to 145 lbs. It is time to really tighten and firm up. The jiggly that was once there has now been replaced with a sag. Time to say good bye to the sag :)

Doing great! Really pushing hard. I have noticed that my rear has flattened. Not exactly what I wanted, but we will see what happens. I did stop taking the Lipo6 (over a month ago). It didn't do much for me. So I am off to GNC to see if they have anything else worth trying. ...
no ur where I wanna be..so I need advice from u.. :) Well what works for me is lo-carb eating 5-6 meals per day and 6 days of exercise..cardio and weights..When I stick to this regime, I lose like crazy...but as of late I've been struggling with the diet part...hence, the plateau.
I hear ya! Well as I found out yesterday during the run.. the last leg can sometimes be the most challenging leg; but also the most rewarding leg! That's when you reach the finish line.. and all the pain of the journey soon goes away! In fact, after a few moments you forget the pain completely, and only recall your tremendous accomplishments!! You've done great! Coming down from 230 is awesome! And thank you for the compliment!! That hooked me right up!! LOL :)
