How I Started:
I started with a simple routine and just kept forcing myself to follow it each week. After two weeks I noticed a definite increase in muscle and it hooked me there after.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of knowing your muscles are getting bigger and stronger everytime you destroy them on the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the things that girls have recently said to me when I take my shirt off and just looking at the results in the mirror keep it going.
BB Accomplishments:
Sticking with a workout routine. Thats the hardest thing of all.
I took this just before starting any workout routine over a year ago.
After a year of working out on a constant routine I car really see the difference and feel it too. I cant wait for another year or 2 of this to go by and see how I will be then.

Goal (Long):
I have always been called skinny, scrawny, or super light weight. Im just tired of being called that so I convinced myself to put on the mucle mass and keep on doing that until I look and feel good about it.
He has a great body with plenty of muscle mass and clean cut but not so much he looks out of proportion. It is the body I wish I had and I am trying to work for.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Its great to workout at home because you have no wait time, no gym fees, its in the A/C at home, and you have access to everything you need right there; However, im extremely limited as to the workouts I can do because I cant afford the good equipment. Its great to workout at home because you have no wait time, no gym fees, its in the A/C at home, and you have access to everything you need right there; However, im extremely limited as to the workout...more
