Protein shakes and diet was putting the fat on me too fast. I cut the shakes down to only on workout days. Lost 3 pounds fast...and this "hard gainer" now has comfortable pants to wear again. Made me think how these supplements really work!! How is the kung fu training and tournaments going? I have a tourney comming up soon and will let you know!!
