uh actually yah, chest back and legs let them rest for about 3 days before working them again, and smaller muscles like biceps, triceps, shoulds ect. let them rest for about 2 days....cya

ya no problem, right now i do dumbbell press, dumbbell flys, machine bench press, peck deck, bench press, inlcine press, incline flys, and decline press....remember give you bigger muscles like chest, back, and legs about 2-3 days rest, and you smaller muscles at least 2 days rest

lol thanks...and i was about the same skinnyness....until i started, actually yah i could help you out, try to work you chest maybe every other 2-3 days rest, then lift as heavy as you can for 8-10 reps 3 sets.....lift heaveir if you have a spotter, if not try not to kill your self
