Transform my body, compete and live happily ever after. More pics coming soon.
Goal (Long):
Dreams can become reality. I know this. I've started before and never finished. Finances have been an excuse for me, but when you get to the 200lb mark, excuses have to get thrown out the window. I've lost 20 pounds since Oct, 2007. I just purchased Bodylastics and have various workout DVD's including the Figure Coach Training Guide. I have to do this whether it's in a gym or not. I'm getting married 10/4/08, competition set for late fall or November, 2008.
I am excited that I finally have home service. For so long I had been using my work computer to post and things (low key). Well now I don't have to sneak around, although I'm at work right now. Im a bad girl :0) Anywho, I plan on getting things back on track and posting more pics. Unfortunately...
If you could slim down the stomach and lose inchs off your waist you would truely be a gemstone. Plz dont lose yo booty that would be a very sexy bod. Cant wait to see the upcoming pics stay motivated ma!!
I was reading some of your blogs...yes the diet is the biggest part then the working out. It's ok to have one cheat day but you can't overdo it. For instance when I had my cheat day, it was either cookies n' cream ice cream or vanilla bean cheesecake...I'm talking about once a week I would have one or the other, however, for you to reach your goals you have to change your mindset. You say want to compete? I say go for it...
good luck with transformation....dont worry you will do it put god first and you will make your goals......besides nothing wrong with a big booty look at mine lol
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Welcome to Bodyspace, you are well on your way to meeting your goals.Keep a positive mind set and stay focus.Remember "TRAIN TO BUILD AND EAT CLEAN TO REVEAL."
Hey Chickie, diet is totally do-able for you! I had to learn to eat 6 times a day and I wasn't really hungry. Worst thing is the food gets a little boring, but you get one cheat day a week, so it isnt so bad
