How I Started:
I was always really scrawny. When I was a kid, I was the smallest person in my class, and I always used to wish I was bigger and stronger. As an adult, I've finally taken some initiative towards fulfilling that wish.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of control over my body. I can make myself bigger, and stronger. No matter what other parts of my life I can't control, I know I can make my body do whatever I imagine if I work hard enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set short term goals, and long term ones and try my best to reach them.

I was always small and weak growing up. I got sick of it, and now I'm trying to get as strong as I possibly can. I want to look like a superhero, and I'm confident that I can achieve that goal if I work hard, eat right, and all of that other fun stuff.
