proteins good, looks like got the same kind...once im done with this though, im gonna try to up the protein intake to about 50 grams per serving

Yeah thx for the advice man, im not looking directly to burn fat off right away. Im jus hoping as i progress, my muscle mass will increase as my body fat will decrease.
