How I Started:
Around Jan. 07 I started working out on and off, mostly chest, tri's, bi's and shoulders cause my friends were. Since March 07 I started working out my whole body. For the first 5-6 months I focused on strength routines and once I got my strength up, I started doing higher rep workouts for some more mass.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and I like the feeling of getting bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering all the people who doubted me when I said I could get bigger and stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
Recently I got my max bench to 225lbs and my deadlift over 300lbs.

You're lookin' great buddy, but be careful about the losing bodyfat goal. Your natural build has a tendency to burn bodyfat effeciently anyway, so putting too much effort into that could compromise your ability to make maximum gains in lean mass. The bigger you get, the more bodyfat you'll burn...so eat like a horse and train like an animal!
