Hey thanks bro... Unlike a lot of people i work my abs out every time i work out... I do like a cycle, first 25 to 30 sit-ups, then i lay on my bench press and hold the bar and bring my knees to my chest and back out, about 25 to 30 of those too, lastly i do leg throws, i try to get like 15 to 20 of those... Three sets of that eeverytime you work out man.... GOOD LUCK!

Dont mess with that Hydroxy cut homie...Thats only good for people who are leaned out and want to just get that little extra 2-3 % off....I would just continue to watch your diet, up your cardio.....

Actually I was trying to hold onto mass the past few months haha. I was dieting for about 14 weeks for a couple of contests I did in May so I lost about 30-40 lbs in total.

My diet was hardcore strict and I was on the scale everyday watching my progress like a hawk. If you watch what you eat, train hard, eat clean, and stay focused its not nearly as hard as people make it out to be. You just have to be willing to make the sacrifice.

hey man whats up. i had great success with hydroxycut when i used it years ago. But of course it had ephedra in it back then. Not sure how the current product stacks up. Lipo 6x is what I have taken most recently and it really worked well for me.

That's for you to decide :) You have to train according to your needs! Only you know your body & I prefer to leave that up to you!

Eat oatmeal and peanut butter at night along with a good protein. Do your cardio in strength training mode.

Thanks for the compliment. But, I'm curious as to what you do now & your fitness level? How long have you been working out?

yeah diet was and still is the hardest thing for me to maintain. i love pnacakes bread and all deserts. but ive come a long way and if u keep at it things start becoming easier and more natural.
the liked the isopure because i was able to eliminate more carbs and fat but it is expensive and thats why I am currently trying out a similar one by vpx. they taste pretty good to me but they dont taste as good as the other kinds with carbs
