to be honest bro.. it's either going to be one or the other. Calories dictate whether you gain weight or not. The type of calories even more specifically dictate whether that weight is going to be muscle or fat... but to gain weight in general.. you have to be taking in more calories than what your body uses for maintanence. Just the opposite to loose weight. But the quality of calories is what needs to be focused on

I have a naturally high metabolism that burns fat easily. The highest my BF % has been is 12% and that's when I hadn't been in the gym for about a year and was eating horribly. Lol this may not be much help but all I did was cardio for 30 minutes, 3 days a week. I've never even taken a real fat burner like lipo 6 or anything.

Thanks! My success really came down to a strict nutrition plan (high protein, low carb), lots of cardio and lifting heavy! Diet is HUGE!

oh & also i would reccommend trying a higher rep range maybe 12-15reps@1min max rest in between sets....at weight that's comfortable. This will make you sweat a bit more as this routine is geared towards a cardio workout.

yep it's all about the clean food's you put in your body especially if you lower your carb intake..switch to complex carbs and hop on a good cardio routine 3-5 times a week and you should start seeing some changes. pm me if you need anything else.

Hey man, What I do is eat 6 to 8 high protien meals a day, lift every set to failure four days a week, and take the supps on my page. There is a night time fat burner. The company also has a day time fat burner call L-AM. Shoot me a PM with more specifics.

well you can increase your cardio, or eat less, or combine both. thats the easiest way. the speed of the fat loss depends on how many calories you consume. if u eat too little you may lose some muscle mass. it takes time man just stay dedicated and the results will reveal themselves you'll see

I stop using fat burners (lipo 6) is a good one though. I don't count calories, I just try to eat healthy 5-6 times a day. I sort of feel my way through my diet.

what i generally do before my cardio session is take BCAA's a glutamine. this ensures that i wont be breaking down muscle fiber during my cardio.
