My fitness bug started in college when I'd lost 20lbs in one year. After that I'd been looking for ways to up my game and really challenge myself
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel strong. For two to three hours I'm doing something for myself and no one else.

NEED MOTIVATION. The worst thing I could have done was take a "break" last month. I'm finding it harder to get back into my workouts. And with the recent weather change, it's harder to push myself to come from underneath the covers. I need motivation.
