working out in my bacement when i was about 12 but wasnt really into it like i am now

i want to be better or just as good as the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger in bodybuilding and i allso love to help others as well as myself at the gym who want to progress in there heath and looks anyone looking for help im more then happy to help

i have my goal set to become Mr. Olympia one day and just being happy so i gess i will allways be into bodybuilding cause nothing makes me happier then being in the gym pumping the weights and doing cardio

Goal (Long):
Growing up i had a leg problem so i had to get it fixed once i got it fixed i joind a gym and i have lost 128 lbs in the past 6 months. My goal is to one day become Mr. Olympia so i cant stop and will not stop till i reach that goal. It is guna take some time but "IF YOU CAN SEE IT YOU CAN BE IT" Dedication, Discipline, Desire, Drive, and Determination

Yeah good idea...they can really kill your metabolism in the long run and mess with your adrenal glands. Better off just having a cup off coffee or two before your workout. You are doing really great. So impressive..really. Check ouyt my friend on Bodyspace Ben1993. He had a great year last year..is also on an amazing fitness journey. Let me know what u think.
