Background

When I Started: Nov 2011
HOW I STARTED:

Ever since I can remember, I've always been athletic, ice skating at age 4, trading wheels off my bike at age 5, treking through the neighbourhood park - off trail exploration, soft ball at age 8, first base and still have never striked out in my life,

WHY I LOVE IT:

To stay trim, lead and tone, without bulking.
