Overall Goal: I am currently training to be a contender in the Muscletech Transformation Challenge and see if I can gain some mass and lean out like I never have before using MuscleTech Products!
I am also training for a 10K Mud Run coming up on February 28th!

Goal (Long):
I want to get bigger and more beastlike in the gym. I also want to lean out like I never have before. I hope to at shrink to 8% bodyfat by the beginning of may...Its a tough goal, but I think I can achieve it with the desire I have within!
I wish to compete in a Natural Bodybuilding Competition in the future. So if anyone has any suggestions or information about them, please feel free to share them with me.

Don't overcook and add some spice! Try pepper, hot sauce, marinades without sugars...

Thank you for the ABS workout. I do alot of it already but I printed. I keep a book from years back of what I have done and acheive. I just thought of something. I'm going to get a notebook with binders and keep it as my workout guide. I have a few letters from Famous instructors.
Hi, Stay off of dairy product's.....I started drinking milk/chocalate mix because I cut out my soda's,and I was craving caffine. I have never been a fan of milk till feb and march......I gained 5 pds. I stopped the milk and now lost from 163 to 161 but I'm bloated today on my weigh in day. I ate a ham sandwish last night so the salt got me. I will weigh again in a few day's. Stay off the soda's and go to water as I did. Read my blog's. I have alot I'm up against.
