When I Started: Jan 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out when I first started playing football my freshmen year in high school

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love it because I see myself getting strong and bodybuilding is a confidence booster and a stress reliever if u are ever stressed out then working out will make you feel better.
