JonathanWinbush Nice week 10 through 12 was my favorite they workouts are intense. I can't wait to see your progress you'll do great. I was going to take a break after Kris's program but then got to excited and jumped right into that new shortcut to size program on here. I just finished day4 so far so good. Apr 6, 2012 1:09am
