Started working out at work with a co-worker. I have always worked out off and on through out my life but I am determined to take it to the next level this time
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being "in shape" and not having to hold my breath while tying my shoes. Work is also so much easier for me now

Seeing the small gains every now and again and having people comment on my accomplishments.

Fat guy with a little helmet
This was the begining of the end of me being Fat. I started Mountian Biking with my son. I was near my heaviest here around 275 lbs

Well i tried to go on my first bulk and I have failed… I upped my calories slowly to nearly 4500 a day up from 2300 from my cut. I only gained a few pounds but I think I can chalk that up to water weight from starting creatine. A couple days after I hit a new high weight I unexpectedly...


Current Supplements:
EAS 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Chocolate
Started: Sep 02, 2008
Reason: After workout shake and sometimes a meal replacement
EAS Phosphagen, 500 Grams
Started: Sep 02, 2008
Reason: I really enjoy the fast recoup time between sets with creatine. My workout times are limited enough
EAS Myoplex Original Ready To Drink, 12 Shakes, Mocha Latte
Started: Oct 11, 2008
Reason: 42g Protien and only 300 cals makes it perfect for me after a workout or if I can not eat a meal.
