How I Started:
Well, I have always been kind of a chubby kid growing up. I never had any confidence with the ladies, let alone taking my shirt off in public. I got a job when I was 18 for a lawn care company that required lots, and I meen lots, of walking. I noticed a change right away from all of the excercising I was getting from working a lot. I started to get a lot of compliments from the ladies about my new abs that I had and people just telling me how much better I looked. So I started to run everyday at the gym, just trying to keep in shape. I am still holding on the thanksgiving dinner(if you know what I mean) so I am a little outta shape at the moment. I am hitting the gym again to get lean and put on some muscle mass!
Why I Love It:
Its a very good way to blow off steam and after a good, intense workout I just feel great about myself and very relaxed!
How I Stay Motivated:
Its kinda funny, but I have a pic on my wall of Brad Pitt from fight club, and right next to it I have a pic of a really fat kid. Above the pics it says "This? or This? YOU DECIDE". not to mention the big poster I made that says "GET OFF YOUR ASS AND GO EXERCISE!!" It keeps me motivated enough
BB Accomplishments:
No big gains but I did lose 15lbs of pure body fat!! I am very proud of that!
