How I Started:
I started working out when I was a kid with my dad who was into body building. I was a small for my age so my dad wanted to help me build muscle and confidence. I lifted a bit in high school for football since I was a 100 pound freshman. I started again when I joined the air force. I was 145 when I joined and now I'm 175 give or take 5 pounds. I've been in for almost 7 years. I now work out regularly after catching the bug when I was deployed to a boring ass place and I stay active with ice hockey and other miscellaneous sports.
Why I Love It:
I like the satisfaction of seeing results and it is a great stress relief
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how better I can be at hockey. I also stay motivated when I see results

Just to let everyone know who has been peeking at my page, although I haven't been very active on here, I haven't given up lifting. Like it said in my last post, I took some time off beyond my control and it took it's toll. I got back to work and normal daily shit and took a little more...
Indeed I am, RNLTD June 30. I hear that theres alot of bs, but I think I can handle it. Few people I was stationed with out of Whiteman are there, so I won't be alone. I leave Iraq in 3 weeks, woot!
i been in and out but this monday once i get back to okla i will get back into it full time. yes i know what you mean about it taking a toll on you. i went in and could barely rep out 225 that crap sucks, oh well.
Yeah men i sure did escape, i have been back since the 9th, i haven't been to the gym in about a week, and i have both football and soccer going on too, i have been dropping in weight like crazy, but i will go on another bulk and shoot for 250 this time around should be an experience.
Whats good dude? Hows the heat? i finally snuck on out. Good to be back, but havent seen the gym but twice since i been back. Plan to get back in it though soon as we get everybody back from leave and crap. These guys suck, who takes a dang month off on top of their 2 weeks......dirtbags are messin up my crunch time, haha. Yeah our mission just recently changed. I am tasked to the army, and we just got a new Brig gen select who said we are not needed here at al asad. So they are going to ulitize us. have a mission soon, far as i know I just have to build the base map.
