Keep your self motivated through out the day everyday and it will become second nature. Play as hard as you work, get out and do some fun physical activites. Push yourself to get the most out of your work out by going for a full workout in 45 minutes adding power sets in to speed up the process. Eat right to keep your self healthy and the right/proper amount of nutrients your body needs. Look good every day, dont let your self go because your lazy instead get ready and look good to up your motivation. Be healthy and feel the energy and charisma you surround yourself with.
