I was in the U.S ARMY Cavalry for 3 and a half years.I got out and starting going to my local Y.My body and mind feed off of the exercise and also love meeting new people.
Why I Love It:
I was in the Cavalry for the U.S.ARMY and my mind is Gung ho.I love meeting new people.Esp. "The Ladies" :).I feel healthier ,stronger and the gym or working out is my thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Girlfirend:).That is why I do not have Girls on here.We agree that I dont need to risk getting in trouble from the internet with temptation etc.Being ambitious and wanting to look like The Spartans in the movie 300.Also I go to school for Criminal Justice. So being strong while fighting criminals or terrorist will help.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning a triathlon and being able to lift 400 on the bench, doing 120 sit ups in 2 mins, run a 14 min 2 mile run and having no more than 4% body fat.
To anyone and for the records.I really started working out hard in August 2008.I have improved greatly.I hope to reach my goals of what I have posted and use them to help people. Also maybe my future wife will like them also :).
Thank you so very much for your wonderful reply. I feel that was one of the best compliments I could ever receive here at Bb.com.
Stay strong.

I look forward to watching your progress. Stay strong, focused and determined.
