Growing up as a Soccer Player and loving all Sports I was always interested in being in great shape. I did pull-ups, push-ups and bicep curls as a young kid. When I was 15 I started some additional Weight Training Exercises like Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions and Leg Curls to get my legs stronger for Soccer. After a few months I was addicted to the Weights and started training the rest of my body!
A few years later I entered my 1st Bodybuilding Show and Won the Teenage Division.

I know the importance of the pull ups although most of the tie my shoulder will not have any of that, ha ha. thansk again as I know no other way to train but hard!!
