Personal Website:
Gym:

Gym Location:
When I Started:
Mar, 2006
How I Started:
Started training with a few of my mates in the Royal Navy. After a few months I started progressing more than them. Like a drug i was addicted straight away
Why I Love It:
My job can be stressfull so I use weight lifting as a sourse of de-stressing. When you lift your heaviset serious weight for the 1st time there is nothing more self rewarding. Apart from smashing it the following week
How I Stay Motivated:
Changing my programme often and keeping the workout short but sweet. And it is always good to train with a friend
BB Accomplishments:
I have always wanted to be able to bench 100kg's just once. Then one day I attempted it and benched 5 reps of 100kg. I then tried 105ks's and got 2 reps.

This was taken after 1 week of catch up with training. weight 80.5kg. I need to tone up more on the abs and put on more muscle
I have gained the weight I wanted but have not enough definition in my muscles!
I want to reduce my bodyfat to 12% within 2 months
Goal (Long):
When I was 17 I was attacked and glassed. I have a scar going from the bottom of my nose to my chin. Since that day I have been training to build my self up to try and achieve more confidence in myself. I am in the Royal Navy and believe I am fit and healthy although I would like to see my Body fat % decrease to 15% for starters. I want to increase my bench pressing so I am benching 10 reps for 100 kg.
I am now on a 3 week holiday and was looking forward to getting down and dirty with a few weights. I bought some no-xplode to test out as Ihave heard some amazing results from it. First day at the gym with my girlfriend I bend over to pick up a plate and PING my fukcin back has gone. Managed 3/4...
Been at it for 5 months with lots of protein, started @ 167. Started cutting last wk at 188lbs,& cycling carbs. Was working each body part twice a week 10x10 with light weight and 5x5 with heavy. Now I'm lifting each body part every 5 days with 5 sets 12-15 reps. pyramiding the weight up to my max and then going back down to a mid weight and holding for 4 secs. I'm also not resting 2mins, keeping a high pace for a cardio. Let me know if I can help and stay in touch.
THanks for the add Gareth, say I'm not at it as much as you'd think! Bout an hour a day... but I never miss and that's the key. Consistancy rules! Check out my blog for some easy to understand info!
