HOW I STARTED:

Too skinny as a kid, so at 14 I started benching and got hooked. Been off and on, mostly off, now I'm back in the gym after a 4 year hiatus, time to make it a lifestyle again.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Look and feel better. It's a healthy lifestyle.

My Workout Program

In the past, I always trained 6 days per week, with every muscle group being hit twice a week, and as much as I love going to the gym, I may have been over-training. I'll try this regiment for 3 months and check the results.

M: Chest, Biceps
T: Legs
W: Off
T: Back, Traps
F: Shoulders, Triceps
S: Off
S: Off

9 sets per BP, 5-10 reps (I always end w/ drop sets to failure)
Abs trained 2x per week
Light cardio, 1.5 grams of Protein per pound of body weight
Supps: Creatine, Whey, Jack3d
