How I Started:
Used the "Body For Life" program as a guide to get me started.
Why I Love It:
Not sure if I can say that I love training at the moment, its bloody hard work, but I know I hate missing training days, as I always feel I'm missing an opportunity to get bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My gym partner and good freind Gavin gives that extra push to get my arse in the gym when I've got yet another excuse not to go.
BB Accomplishments:
Put on my first stone in just 8 weeks of training.

Goal (Long):
I have been married for 13 years and I have only now realised that my wife is attracted to hulk like freaks. I have always imagined that is how I should have looked, but in the past have been put off by peoples reaction to those body types.
I am 36 now and have begun my training, results are amazing and for the first time in my life, I am committed. I Know without a shadow of doubt that I can achieve all my goals, because anytime I fail it’s always down to me, so I just need to try harder the next time.

I'm a fan of iSatori products too. They've even asked me to help out with questions here on BB.com. So let me know if I can ever be of any help to you.
My **** has been updated as requested...me has a long road of pain and gain ahead of me!!!......congratulations on the increases and motivation, keep it up, but remember......"Im coming for you"!!
two main factors fop me during bulk
1. Very high intensity weight training
(Mike Mentzer is the man to research)
2. 4500 calories per day with right balance of protein and carbs. It adds a bit fat too but that is easy shed during cut
GOOD MORNING! YES I LIKE WATCHING THE VIDEOS, THEY DO GET ME HYPED UP. I CHOOSE NOT TO PUT ALL THAT STUFF INTO MY BODY, BUT IF THE NEXT MAN DOES THAT HIS CHOICE, TO EACH HIS OWN! I HAVE FRIENDS ON BOTH SIDES. ALL I CAN SAY, IS THAT THE DUDES IN THESE VIDEOS, NO MATTER WHAT OR HOW MUCH THEY ARE TAKING. TO LOOK LIKE THAT YOU STILL HAVE TO PUT IN SOME HARD HARD WORK! I KNW I WILL MEVER BE THAT HULKED UP, BUT I DNT WANT THAT LOOK.
of course she can add me, I'd be honored :) Yes, I will add old pics... I have had a hard time with pulling old stuff up and a harder time with the camera loading new stuff. I take weekly pics for myself when if competition prep so I know whats going on :)
