I played Football in High School, so I worked out a lot. Plus, I worked at a gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and wanted to change my personal image as well as improve my personal health.

Lose the fat that I have accumulated in the last year of not working out. I would like to be cut up again.

can certainly see that you've been there before with those shoulders, pecs and arms. With proper diet and training and all you know already about lifting it won't take you long to get back into shape. Andre
