had another good workout today.. justy getting back in the swing of things so i did tris bis and lats.. lats went pretty well they might actually be sore tomorrow hehe.
Ok i am becoming frusterate with my lats.. seeing how you have nice ones. today i am going to dedicate alot of my workout to them what excersises will kill them? ive never expereince sore lats before
