i will loose 10 lbs before november 9th some of which will be water weight before my brazilian jujitsu compition i want to only have to cut a couple lbs from water so as not to loose energy before

-100 crunches in gaurd then 30 each side
-40 push ups
-20 exploding push ups on to arobic board
-8 sets olympic bar swing side to side 25 lbs
-8 sets 30 lbs side to side dumbell...
