How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try and stay around 10-15reps but if I'm trying to bulk up, I do around 5-8
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try and keep rest below 1 minute... Around 45 seconds...
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
