at 10 yrs old, my dad taught me basic workouts
at 12 I researched everything I could find
now at 13 with a bench and a machine on the back porch I've started for real
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump you get form lifting. And knowing that every week you're stronger than you were last.
How I Stay Motivated:
My best way is seeing gains I've made. Plus the supplements I use encourage me to go on. I also have many football friends that push me along to motivate me.

well i finnaly got pasty it i bench 160 but idk if i actually got passed it i could have just been having one of those good days but i found a new routine im startin tomorow thanks tho
Remember that you're still growing. In fact, your body is going to go through a LOT of changes before you're 18. So don't rush things. Take it slow, and don't get discouranged if you don't seem to be meeting your goals right away. As long as you're exercising and eating correctly, you will see awesome progress.
