Week One - The Beginning 5 Weeks In.
I used to be very fit, travelling with my band, spending quality free time in the gym. I let myself go in the pasty few years, and was shocked when I realised just what a slob I had become. Time for a lifestyle change.
Just 5 weeks and I have a smile on my face. Although I will howl with laughter at these one day, I actually could see gains when I had this taken. No doubt the shots I will upload later will also become old ones. For now, I am happy!

Week 2 - Seeing progress.

After only a week of sensible training, cutting out the crap food, and dropping sugar almost to zero, I can see it starting to happen. It feels good!

5 Weeks In.
