Hi buddy, I see you added me as a friend, and I'm glad to know you. I'll catvh up with you properly later. I just wanted to say hi, from England, and introduce myself.
All the best
Steve. :-)

Stick with it Mike. Train sensibly, eat sensibly (never after 6pm) and don't overdo it. I have only had 5 weeks training, and already feel a lot different. I was 14 stone (3 stone overweight) and felt lousy. I know we both have a lot to do, but if you root for me, I'll do the same for you. We often need encouragement. All the best. Steve.

Hi Tish. Being real IS scary, I know because I was very alarmed with my first picture. I was 14 stone and felt every pound of it. Thing is, after just 5 weeks, I can feel a difference. I have shed a stone and feel as though I have more energy now. I eat sensibly (never after 6pm) train sensibly - not too much, and always warm up first. You WILL get there honey. I'll root for ya! I think you look great Fargy. Please don't go over the top as some do and get all wiry. All you need to do is tone up with you already have, then you'll be there. I have only had 5 weeks training, and have found it hard to shed weight, but I intend to stick with it. All the best. Steve. x

You don't look 'fat' buddy. You only need to tone up what you already have now. I was 14 stone and its been hard to lose some weight over the short time I have been training (5 weeks) I was I had a start picture like yours. I'll keep tabs on you, if you do the same. I need someone to keep me at it! :-)

We both have a long road ahead of us buddy. If you support me in low times, I'll do the same. I do need to be more motivated, but to be fair I have only been training for 5 weeks. As I say, a long way to go yet! :-))

Hi Buddy. What did you do to get your waist looking that good within such a short space of time? Its my gut that lets me down, although to be fair I have only been training for 5 weeks. Cheers. Steve.

You don't look horrible at all buddy, in fact I can see a lot of difference in the two pics. I have been training for 5 weeks now, wanting to lose the 14 stone of crap I was carrying, and I can see a difference week by week. I train arms one day, legs the next, then back, then shoulders. I don't try to do too much at once, and always warm up before hand. Keep at it bud. Eat sensibly and train properly. Good form, not too heavy. Steve

Good for you girl, you go for it. I'll be here to cheer you on. I have only been serious about losing my flab for 5 weeks and already I can see a difference, although it is a LOT of hard work! Its worth it though. Steve. x

I'm like you honey, I let myself go too, right up to 14 stone, before I decided it was an emergency and I had to act. I have been working out sensibly for 5 weeks now, and already I am seeing a difference.
I'll be rooting for you hon.

I'm sure you will too girl. I'm like you, very determined. I went to 14 stone before I decided to act, and want to look good in a tee shirt, with no huge tummy.
We'll keep an eye on each other shall we, and give the other support when we have days where we just want to do nothing! Haha!

Go for it buddy. I'm only five weeks in and was almost 14 stone at my heaviest. Check my own progress pics. I have put a LOT of pain and effort into this, and know I have a LONG way to go yet. Al the best to you, I'll be checking back with you soon.
Steve
