I've always loved it, but with age and just not sticking with it, my body has gone to hell!
Why I Love It:
I honestly love how much my body has changed and to see the pump from lifting is such a high. I just recently got a rear view of my thighs and ass and..... not bad, not bad!!! ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a fat picture on me to remind myself of the "fluffy me" when I don't feel like working out that day, or I think I need more ice cream...
BB Accomplishments:
I'm close to the weight I was when I graduated from HS in 1988!!!!!!!!!! SWEET!!!

I'm working on losing the fat now... it's hard to get in to do cardio, because lifting has become such an INSANE rush....
I've got definition in my arms, the veins are poppin when I'm wrking out, but after they hide under that layer of fluffy happiness... lol I've always had big legs, but they're lookin pretty sweet.... I even wore shorts... woohoo me!!! ;)
Okay, so I've always marveled at those that could do them, feet on a bench and hands on the floor type pushups. Sooooo I've been doing regular pushups and doing a great job at them, I got brave one VERY early morning alone at the gym and decided I'd give it a go.... GUESS what????? I not only...

Vista is a really nice city- every i like to hit the water part there,it's not too expensive.i'm working on reducing my hours so i may have some kind of life. all work and no play makes tony a dull boy.and that can't happen-i luv to dance :)
I've been slipping again lately. i've been working 140 hours+ a week , you know how bad things are getting here in cali. so i can only hit the gym twice a week-that's to morrow and wednesday.Gotta do that thang:)

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program.
