I gained 95lbs after my son was born!
I was always thin, (thin FAT) the BC I was taking messed me up with an overload of Hormones, I gained weight just drinking water! I felt horrible I never had to excercise before (So I thought!)but now I knew I had to!!! I worked by a hill and wilderness park in Burbank CA, so I started walking up that hill at lunch everyday. It was tough after 3 months I was able to run 3 miles for the 1st time in my life! It took me 50 minutes and then from then on I took off! My friend and co-worker was into bodybuilding but had stopped so we worked out together and encouraged each other, later she got her certificate as a trainer! * I miss her! - Ellen! -good friend *
Why I Love It:
I cant believe HOW GOOD IT FEELS!
There are NO negatives ALL POSITIVE Physically, mentally, emotionally! :)
* UP UNTIL 3 MONTHS AGO, I NEVER REALISED HOW MUCH BODYBUILDING CAN SPEED THINGS UP! I mainly did weightlifting before as an aid to speeding up my runs, NOW IVE SEEN THE LIGHT!!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about my son! and I Love the results! getting RID OF ALL CELLULITE! YUK!! AND SEEING MUSCLES!!
BB Accomplishments:
COMPLETED LOS ANGELES MARATHON 2007 (5hrs 10mins) & 2008 (4hrs 7mins) !!!
YYYESSS!!! LOVE RUNNING!!
LOVE WEIGHTLIFTING!!
Now I do about 10-15mins of Cardio to get the body and heart going and Weight train for 1 hour and then do 30 mins of cardio. On upper body days I will run for cardio at least 3 miles. On Legs /glute days I will do bike 20 minutes to 30 minutes or at least 20 minutes bike 10 mins fast walk...
Ive been freakin busy!! Cant keep up, but golly hot stuff! How have u been? & freakin A... 320 leg press... ur an animal!! LOVE IT!! Miss ya! Hope u & Sean are fantastic! :) Happy belated Halloweenie!!

yes wow ik my gf has been sick and taking care of her has left little time for me to be in the gym. cant wait til she feels better so i can go back to the gym ;)

I want to say you are not only a motivation for all women and men, you are simply amazing. You not only transformed but became an athlete as well. Running a marathon is not for the weak of heart. And you have created some solid muscle mass too! A sincere congrats for such outstanding accomplishments.
